Fall CSA runs from mid-October to Thanksgiving, a great time to cook! Each box contains hardy greens (such as spinach, kale, Swiss chard, endive, escarole, mustard, or arugula), various cole crops (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, or brussels sprouts), winter squashes (delicata, acorn, butternut, or hubbard), root crops (potatoes, turnips, rutabagas, carrots, winter radishes, or beets), onions, leeks, and garlic. If it's a good fruit year in the orchard, we often include apples and pears as well.
