Awesome local honey from our friends at Clinton Honey or from our own Kingfisher hives. Please note that the cool weather of fall and winter can lead to "crystallized" honey that is not clear, and more like honey cream. This is a natural process -- neither Clinton Honey nor ourselves pasteurize or over-filter our honey. To change honey from cream to clear, soak the jars in warm water for several hours or overnight. Or just enjoy the cream honey (it's easier to spread!).
